Sparring
A few hours a month. You have a team but need a senior second opinion. Architecture reviews, strategic decisions, honest feedback on what your team is building.
Embedded
2-5 days a week, part of your team. I lead, I build, I ship. Weekly updates to your stakeholders. The closest thing to a full-time CTO without the full-time commitment.
Project-based
Defined goal, defined timeline. I assemble the right people, you get weekly progress updates, and we ship when we said we would.
